2. Research Use Only — Nature of the Products
2.1 All products sold on this Site are supplied for laboratory research and identification purposes only.
2.2 The products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or diagnostic products. These products are not FDA-approved drug products. They are not manufactured, tested, packaged, or labelled for human or veterinary use, and we make no representation that any product meets any pharmacopoeial, compendial, or regulatory standard for such use.
2.3 The products are not intended for human or veterinary dosing, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
2.4 We make no representation as to the safety, efficacy, suitability, or fitness of any product for any purpose other than laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel.
2.5 No information on this Site — including product descriptions, certificates of analysis, technical data, or any linked material — constitutes medical advice, a therapeutic claim, a recommendation for use in humans or animals, or an instruction for administration.
2A. Definitions
“Qualified Researcher” means a person who (a) is acquiring the products on behalf of, or in the course of employment or study at, a research institution, laboratory, university, or commercial entity engaged in scientific research; (b) has training or supervision sufficient to handle laboratory chemicals safely; and (c) has access to facilities appropriate for the storage, handling, and disposal of laboratory chemicals.
“Research Purposes” means in vitro, analytical, or laboratory investigation not involving administration to any human or animal.
“Products” means the research materials offered for sale on the Site.
“Order” means a request submitted by you through the Site to purchase Products.
3. Buyer Eligibility and Representations
3.1 Products are sold only to qualified researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, and commercial research entities. Products are not sold for personal use.
3.2 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
a. You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter this agreement;
b. You are acquiring the products in a professional or institutional research capacity;
c. You possess the scientific training, facilities, and equipment necessary to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely;
d. You will not administer any product to yourself, to any other human, or to any animal;
e. You will not resell, distribute, transfer, or supply any product for human or animal consumption, or represent to any third party that it is suitable for such use;
f. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the acquisition, possession, handling, use, and disposal of the products;
g. All information you provide in connection with your order is accurate and complete.
3.3 These representations are a material condition of sale. We may refuse, cancel, or suspend any order, and may terminate any account, where we have reason to believe a representation is inaccurate or these Terms have been breached. We may do so without prior notice.
3.4 You acknowledge that your acceptance of these representations is recorded, together with the version of these Terms in effect at that time, and may be retained as a record of the transaction.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) use, or permit the use of, any product in or on humans or animals; (b) resell or supply any product for human or animal consumption; (c) repackage, relabel, or misrepresent any product; (d) make any therapeutic, medical, or performance claim about any product in connection with its resale or transfer; (e) use the Site or the products for any unlawful purpose; (f) export or re-export any product in violation of applicable export control laws.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Acceptance
5.1 All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
5.2 Product listings are an invitation to order, not an offer. An order is accepted only when we confirm shipment. We may decline any order at our discretion.
5.3 We may correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed. Where a correction materially affects an order, we will notify you and offer cancellation with a full refund.
5.4 Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown before you submit your order.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is taken in full at the time you submit your Order, before acceptance under clause 5.2. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. If we decline or cancel an Order before shipment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days and no fee is charged.
6.2 Card payments will appear on your statement as ALTITUDEAMINOS.COM.
6.3 By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.
6.4 We do not store full payment card details. Card data is transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. See our Privacy Policy for details of how payment data is handled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Full shipping terms, methods, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, save that we will honour claims for transit damage in accordance with clause 8.
7.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for loss arising from an incorrect address supplied by you.
7.4 Shipping destinations. We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services for onward international shipment. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.
8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
8.1 Full terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. That policy is presented for your acknowledgement at checkout.
8.2 In summary: orders may be cancelled without cancellation fee at any time before shipment, with payment refunded in accordance with clause 6.1. Because these are research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned except where the product was damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective on arrival.
8.3 Claims under the Refund & Return Policy — including damaged, incorrect, or defective products, and claims under the purity and weight guarantee — should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery, with the order number, the lot number, and photographic evidence or an independent test report as applicable.
8.4 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
8.5 Purity and weight guarantee. We guarantee purity of not less than 98% and net peptide weight not more than 10% below the advertised amount, verifiable by independent testing at a laboratory listed in the Refund & Return Policy.
9. Chargebacks
9.1 If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@altitudeaminos.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved faster directly.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts used to initiate chargebacks we can demonstrate to be fraudulent.
9.3 We retain order records — including lot numbers, fulfillment photographs, delivery confirmation, and your recorded acceptance of these Terms — and may submit them as evidence in a dispute.
10. Certificates of Analysis
10.1 Certificates of analysis (“COAs”) are provided as analytical data describing a specific lot, produced by independent third-party laboratories.
10.2 COAs describe composition and purity only. They are not a representation of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any purpose, and do not constitute approval for use in humans or animals.
10.3 We endeavour to ensure COA data is accurate and correctly matched to lot, but do not warrant that third-party laboratory data is free from error.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
11.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the products, the Site, or these Terms.
12.2 Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.4 Subject always to clause 12.3, you acknowledge that the products are supplied strictly for laboratory research; that administration to any human or animal is expressly prohibited by these Terms and falls entirely outside the purpose for which the products are supplied; and that you assume the risk of any such use undertaken by you or by any person to whom you transfer a product.
13. Indemnification
13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altitude Aminos, its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product in breach of these Terms, (c) your administration of any product to any human or animal, or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
13.2 This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own negligence, wilful misconduct, or supply of a non-conforming, defective, or mislabelled product.
13.3 We will notify you promptly of any claim for which indemnity is sought, and will not settle any such claim without your prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Altitude Aminos name and marks, and COA presentation — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. General
17.1 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
17.2 No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
17.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the products and the Site.
17.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17.5 Order of precedence. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a policy incorporated by reference, these Terms prevail — except that the Refund & Return Policy prevails as to refund and return mechanics, and the Shipping & Delivery Policy prevails as to shipping methods, timeframes, and costs.
