We accept Zelle® and cryptocurrency. Choose either at checkout.

After you place your order, we’ll show you the amount, the Zelle address to send it to, and the order number to put in the memo, and email you the same details. Send the payment from your own bank’s app. Your order is reserved for 72 hours; if payment hasn’t arrived by then, it’s cancelled automatically. We match payments to orders by the memo and email you once yours is confirmed.

Before you send, check that your banking app shows the recipient as Altitude Aminos, LLC. Zelle payments can’t be reversed.

At checkout you’ll get a wallet address (and QR code) to send payment to. If you’d like extra confidence before sending the full amount, you can send a small partial payment first — our system detects it automatically and emails you a confirmation once it’s received, so you know the address is correct before sending the rest.

You’re responsible for sending the correct coin and network to the correct address. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed or refunded if sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network. Network (gas) and exchange fees for sending are paid by you, on top of the order amount — the full order amount needs to arrive for your order to be paid in full.

Yes, at no charge, any time before the order ships. Email support@altitudeaminos.com as soon as possible — once an order has shipped we can no longer intercept it. See our Refund & Return Policy for full detail.

By the same method you paid with, within 10 business days once the refund is approved and we have the details we need to send it. Zelle® payments can’t be reversed, so a Zelle refund is sent as a new Zelle payment — only to a Zelle account in the name of the person who paid. A cryptocurrency refund is sent to a wallet address you confirm to us in writing, for the US-dollar amount credited to your order, not the number of coins. We cover the network fee on any refund we send; network or exchange fees you paid to send the original payment aren’t refunded. If we have reason to believe a payment wasn’t authorized by the holder of the account it came from, we may hold the refund until that’s resolved. Full detail is in our Refund & Return Policy.

Yes — creating a free account is required to check out. You can create one right at checkout, and it lets you track your order and keep a record of past purchases.

Orders paid before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day via UPS Ground by default, from our facility in the Denver, Colorado area. No. We ship within the United States only, and cannot ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services for onward international shipment.

Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches.

No — our lyophilized peptides are stable without refrigeration, including normal temperatures encountered during shipping.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the independent lab report for a specific manufacturing lot — identity confirmation, purity, and net content. We publish a COA for every lot we offer for sale. Look up your product and lot number on our COA page.

Every listing on our COA page links directly to that lot’s result hosted on the testing lab’s own site — don’t just take our word for it, verify it there yourself.

A minimum of 99% purity and net weight no more than 10% below the advertised amount, on every lot, backed by our purity and weight guarantee.

No. Lyophilized peptide usually forms a solid “puck” in the vial, but that puck can crack or shake loose into powder during shipping. It’s cosmetic only — the peptide itself is unaffected.

No. These products are sold strictly for laboratory research and are not intended for human or animal use, so we do not provide reconstitution, dosing, or administration guidance of any kind.

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we don’t accept general returns on research materials once they’ve shipped. That said, we stand behind every lot we sell — if something’s wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for full detail.

Have it tested by one of the laboratories listed in our Refund & Return Policy, then contact us as soon as possible with the report, your order number, and the lot number so we can make it right. That may include a refund or replacement.
