1. Who we are

Altitude Aminos, LLC (“Altitude Aminos,” “we,” “us”) operates altitudeaminos.com. You can reach us at support@altitudeaminos.com. Our mailing address is 4255 South Buckley Rd #130, Aurora, CO 80013.

2. What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order details. We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

If you accept our Terms and Conditions at checkout, we record that acceptance — including a timestamp, a session identifier, and which version of the Terms you agreed to — as a compliance record tied to your order. We also photograph each order as it is packed and retain that image with the order record. Both records exist to resolve disputes accurately and are kept as long as the related order record.

3. Why we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, process payment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, defend against payment disputes, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including being able to identify who received a given lot, if that is ever needed), and — only if you separately opt in — send you order or marketing text messages and emails.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business: our payment processor, shipping carriers and label providers, our hosting provider, and our email/SMS service providers for messages you’ve opted into. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own purposes, except where required by law.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to operate the site — for example, to remember that you’ve confirmed you meet our age and research-use requirement for the current browsing session, and to keep your session and cart working correctly. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@altitudeaminos.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. We never receive or store your full payment card number — that is handled directly by our payment processor.

9. Children

Our site and products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required to purchase our products.

10. United States only

We ship within the United States only, and the information described in this policy is processed and stored in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
